Rimless Liquid Covering Balls are high-performance floating media designed for maximum flexibility in liquid surface coverage applications. These seamless spherical units provide 90-93% surface coverage efficiency through optimized close-packing geometry, making them ideal for standard evaporation control and contamination prevention in tanks, reservoirs, and process vessels. Manufactured from UV-stabilized polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP), they offer reliable performance in water treatment, chemical storage, and industrial process applications where flanged designs are not required.
Application fields:
1. Ordinary liquid level coverage (basic application)
Clear water tank / Recirculation water tank: Primarily used for dust prevention, blocking foreign objects such as leaves, and reducing water evaporation.
Ordinary storage tank: A tank used for storing liquids with low volatility, providing a basic liquid level coverage.
2. Sewage Treatment Plant: Suitable for open tanks such as primary sedimentation tanks and regulating tanks. Due to its low cost, it can be used on large-scale tanks to a certain extent, effectively reducing odor dispersion and preventing debris from entering.
3. Laboratory and small containers: Covering the liquid surface of chemical reagent bottles and sample bottles, they effectively reduce the evaporation of reagents, ensuring the concentration and safety of the experiments. They are widely used in this field.
4. Utilizing its lightweight and spherical properties, it can be used as a filler or a cushioning material.
