The Plastic Cascade Mini Ring is an efficient annular perforated packing material with remarkable technical features. It has absorbed and improved upon the designs of Raschig rings and Bauer rings. The ratio of ring height to diameter is 1:2, and one end has a conical flange, which enhances mechanical strength and optimizes gas-liquid distribution. Due to its asymmetric structure, the packing mainly forms point contacts when stacked, increasing the void fraction, reducing gas flow resistance, and promoting the renewal of the liquid surface, thereby improving the mass transfer efficiency.
