The ceramic Raschig ring is the first type of randomly filled material developed. It is an important industrial component and is widely used in various mechanical devices. Its structure is simple, with the height and diameter being equal. Larger rings (100 millimeters and above) are usually filled as a whole, while rings of 90 millimeters or smaller are loaded layer by layer. These rings perform exceptionally well in terms of acid and heat resistance, being able to withstand the corrosion of various inorganic/organic acids and solvents (except hydrogen acid), and are suitable for high/low temperature environments.
