Recently, ceramic Bauer ring packing has made an important technological breakthrough in acid resistance, through the optimization of material formulation and structural design innovation, its corrosion resistance in a strong acid environment is significantly improved. In terms of material formulation, the R & D team adjusted the ratio of alumina and silica, combined with high-temperature sintering process optimization, so that the density of the ceramic matrix was significantly improved. Experimental data show that the new ceramic Bauer ring acid resistance of more than 99.6%, able to nitric acid, sulfuric acid, and other strong acid environment in long-term stable operation, and its corrosion resistance than the traditional products to enhance more than 20%. This material advantage is not only reflected in room temperature conditions but also in the high-temperature environment of up to 1200 ℃ can still maintain the structural integrity of the high temperature and strong acid conditions for industrial applications to provide a reliable guarantee.

This feature of high efficiency and low energy consumption is in line with the current trend of energy saving and emission reduction in the industrial field, which further enhances the market competitiveness of the product.
