The carbon monoxide catalyst is prepared using corundum honeycomb ceramic as the carrier, with special coating materials and high content of precious metals as the active components. It is specifically used for removing carbon monoxide produced by incomplete combustion of various combustible gases.
Under the conditions of a temperature of 230–280℃ and a space velocity of 0.3×10⁴–1×10⁴ h⁻¹, after being treated with this catalyst, the concentration of carbon monoxide in the outgoing gas can be reduced to below 0.5 ppm. The catalytic mechanism is to promote the reaction of carbon monoxide with oxygen to form carbon dioxide, and the catalyst has the regeneration ability and can be reused.Performance:
