Metal corrugated plate packing is a structurally regular and highly efficient mass transfer element, composed of multiple layers of parallel and vertically arranged corrugated metal plates with evenly distributed holes on the plate surface. Its unique structure forms a smooth gas-liquid channel, enabling high throughput and low pressure drop. At the same time, by increasing the mass transfer area and contact time, it significantly improves the mass transfer efficiency. This packing material has the characteristics of strong anti-blocking ability, easy cleaning, high mechanical strength, and good corrosion resistance. It has been widely used in various tower equipment in the fields of petrochemicals, fertilizers, metallurgy, and environmental protection.
Application fields:
1. Petrochemical industry: Crude oil fractionation towers, catalytic cracking units; Emergency cooling towers and absorption towers in ethylene plants; Extraction and distillation processes in aromatics combined plants.
2. Fertilizer industry: Synthesis ammonia purification system; Urea plant scrubber; Gas treatment units for decarbonization and desulfurization, etc.
