The Metal Super Raschig ring packing is a high-performance bulk packing material, specifically designed for use in absorption, distillation and scrubbing towers in the chemical, petroleum and environmental protection industries, for gas-liquid or liquid-liquid mass transfer/heat transfer. Its structure has been optimized, with a mass transfer efficiency 20-40% higher than that of traditional packing materials. It features uniform liquid distribution and stronger gas-liquid contact ability. The perforated design prevents clogging and scaling, and the 316L stainless steel material provides excellent corrosion resistance in acidic and alkaline environments, ensuring long-term reliable operation.
