The diesel vehicle exhaust purification system mainly consists of three components: the oxidizing catalytic converter (DOC), the diesel particulate filter (CDPF), and the selective catalytic reduction reactor (SCR).
• DOC: It uses cordierite honeycomb ceramics as the carrier, with a special oxidizing catalyst coated on the surface. It is used to efficiently catalyze the oxidation reactions of carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbons (HC), converting them into harmless substances.
• CDPF: It uses a wall-flow honeycomb ceramic as the carrier. Through its porous ceramic thin-wall structure, it physically captures particulate matter and, under the action of the precious metal and rare earth catalysts coated on the surface, it achieves the oxidation removal of adsorbed particulate matter and soluble organic substances (SOF), and completes the continuous regeneration of particulate matter (PM).
• SCR: Within the appropriate temperature range, it can preferentially undergo catalytic reduction reactions with nitrogen oxides (NOx), efficiently converting them into harmless nitrogen gas (N₂) and water (H₂O).Application fields:This series of products are widely applicable to the exhaust emission control of diesel generator sets, buses, trucks, construction machinery and other equipment.
