The enameled wire catalyst uses cordierite honeycomb ceramics as the carrier and uses rare earth materials as additives. Through a high dispersion rate uniform distribution preparation technology, the core precious metal active components such as platinum (Pt) and palladium (Pd) are highly uniformly loaded on it, thus achieving efficient and durable catalytic performance.
Features and Advantages：
1.This product achieves exhaust gas purification through catalytic combustion technology, and the generated heat energy can be recycled and utilized.
2. The gas flow resistance is low, the ignition temperature is low, the catalytic activity is high, and the speed range of the reaction is wide. Under the conditions of VOCs concentration of 2000–8000mg/m³, reaction gas inlet temperature of 20–500°C, and reaction gas flow rate of 10000h⁻¹, the purification efficiency can reach over 98%.
3. It has excellent high-temperature resistance and can withstand a transient high-temperature impact of 750°C.
4. The service life is long. Under standard operating conditions, the product warranty period is 1 year.
5. It is suitable for industries such as enamelled wires and color steel plates.
