Ceramic Berl Ring is an enhanced version of the Intalox saddle, featuring optimized dual-arc surfaces that increase specific surface area and voidage while improving fluid distribution. Compared to Raschig rings, it offers greater capacity and lower pressure drop. With outstanding acid/alkali and heat resistance (excluding HF corrosion), it suits extreme temperature applications and is widely used in chemical, metallurgical, gas, and oxygen industries for drying/absorption towers and cooling systems. Its primary applications cover petrochemical processes and environmental equipment like RTO devices.
