Ceramic Cascade Mini Ring is an advanced random packing developed from Ceramic Raschig Rings, featuring a 1:2 height-to-diameter ratio with conical flanges at the ends. Its optimized design with reduced height, thinner walls and conical flanges significantly increases voidage and mechanical strength. This structure effectively reduces gas resistance, enhances throughput, improves fluid distribution and expands contact area for better mass transfer efficiency. With excellent resistance to acids/alkalis and extreme temperatures, it is widely used in chemical, petrochemical and metallurgical industries for drying columns, absorption towers and cooling towers.
Application fields
1. Chemical process: Widely used in drying towers and absorption towers for the production of strong acids such as sulfuric acid and nitric acid, decarbonization towers and desulfurization towers in fertilizer plants, as well as chlorine gas treatment systems in the chlor-alkali industry.
2. Environmental Protection Engineering: It is the core filler material selected for acid mist purification towers, industrial exhaust gas (such as VOCs) treatment devices, and centralized pollution control facilities in chemical industrial parks.
3. Metallurgical Industry: Suitable for the acid production system of smelting flue gas, the metal pickling production line, and the gas washing and purification units in the wet smelting process.
4. New Energy and Fine Chemicals: Exhibits outstanding performance in the preparation of lithium battery materials, the synthesis of pesticide and pharmaceutical intermediates, as well as in the separation and distillation processes of various fine chemicals.
