The Ceramic Intalox Saddle Ring is a high-performance ceramic packing material produced by a continuous extrusion process. Compared with traditional Raschig rings, it has the advantages of high flow rate, low pressure drop, and high efficiency. Its unique saddle-shaped structure enables the packing bed to have a larger void ratio and arc-shaped flow channels, effectively reducing gas resistance and radial liquid backmixing. This packing material has a high density and excellent acid and heat resistance, and can withstand corrosion from various inorganic acids, organic acids, and solvents except hydrofluoric acid.
