The Ceramic Super Intalox Saddle Ring is an improved type of chemical packing. It is innovatively designed based on the traditional rectangular saddle ring. Its sides adopt serrated or wave-like protrusions instead of the original smooth arc shape, significantly increasing the void ratio between the packing materials. With its high specific surface area and excellent pore structure, it can effectively enhance reaction efficiency and improve liquid separation performance. This product also has outstanding resistance to high temperatures, acid and alkali, and corrosion. Apart from hydrofluoric acid, it can withstand the corrosion of various inorganic acids, organic acids, and organic solvents. It is widely used in industrial fields such as sulfuric acid production, drying towers, absorption towers, cooling towers, washing towers, and waste gas treatment towers.
