The Metal Cascade Mini Ring is an efficient random packing material, made of high-quality metals such as stainless steel, carbon steel or titanium. Its unique stepped structure ingeniously combines the advantages of annular and saddle-shaped packing materials, providing not only a larger surface area, better fluid distribution and lower pressure drop, but also its thin walls and high-temperature resistance enable it to handle heat-sensitive materials in vacuum distillation processes with ease. It is used in distillation, absorption and cooling tower applications in the petrochemical, chlorine alkali and environmental protection industries, achieving both high capacity and high efficiency simultaneously.
Application fields:
• Petrochemicals and Refining
Used in crude oil constant-pressure and reduced-pressure distillation towers, catalytic cracking/hydrocracking fractionating towers, ethylene plant quench towers and water washing towers, as well as solvent recovery and refining systems.
• Chemicals and Fine Chemicals
Applicable to distillation towers for organic chemicals such as methanol and ethylene glycol, absorption and desorption towers, and separation and purification processes of post-reaction systems.
• Environmental Protection and Gas Treatment
Widely used in large-scale flue gas desulfurization (FGD) absorption towers, chemical tail gas and VOCs recovery devices, as well as ammonia stripping towers and acid mist purification towers in wastewater treatment.
• Energy and Other Industries
Covering natural gas desulfurization and dehydration purification towers, industrial circulating cooling water systems, and air separation pre-cooling and purification devices.
