The metal conjugate ring is an efficient structural filler, made of high-quality metals such as stainless steel, carbon steel or titanium. Its innovative conjugate curved surface design perfectly combines the advantages of ring-shaped and saddle-shaped fillers, not only providing high throughput capacity and low pressure drop characteristics, but also achieving excellent mass transfer efficiency. It can handle various demanding distillation, absorption, stripping and heat exchange processes in the petroleum, chemical, chlor-alkali and environmental protection industries with ease.
Application fields:
1. Petrochemicals and energy: Used in key process equipment such as crude oil fractionation towers, catalytic cracking units, natural gas desulfurization and dehydration towers, ethylene absorption towers and stripping towers.
2. Chemicals and Fine Chemicals: Applicable to the production processes such as distillation and recovery of organic intermediates, solvent regeneration towers, and the mass transfer systems for reactors.
3. Environmental Protection and Waste Gas Treatment: Widely applied in environmental protection facilities such as flue gas desulfurization (FGD) towers, VOCs recovery and treatment devices, and chemical tail gas purification towers.
