  • The Metal Intalox Saddle Imtp ring is an efficient random filler that ingeniously combines the advantages of saddle and ring structures, demonstrating comprehensive performance including low pressure drop, high capacity, excellent mass transfer efficiency, and high mechanical strength. Its unique ring-shaped support and claw-like structure can prevent filler overlap and enhance gas-liquid mixing. This filler is made of carbon steel/stainless steel, with a thin-walled design that provides high porosity and good heat resistance. It is particularly suitable for systems that are sensitive to heat, prone to decomposition or polymerization, and can handle various tower environments ranging from vacuum to high pressure, being widely used in the petrochemical, fertilizer, and environmental protection industries.

    Application fields:

    1. Chemical and petrochemical industries: Widely applied in constant-pressure and reduced-pressure distillation towers, catalytic cracking fractionating towers, absorption towers, desorption towers, stripping towers, as well as solvent recovery and refining units. 
    2. Fertilizer industry: It is the core packing material of the saturated hot water tower in the ammonia synthesis plant, and is also used in the decarbonization system, desulfurization tower, etc.
