The Metal Pall Ring is a high-performance packing material, renowned for its low pressure drop, high processing capacity, and excellent mass transfer efficiency. Its unique structural design creates a larger void ratio, combined with thin walls and heat resistance properties, making it particularly suitable for vacuum distillation processes involving heat-sensitive, easily decomposable, or polymerizable substances. Compared to traditional Raschig rings, the unique surface contact method of the Pall ring can effectively prevent clogging and scaling, significantly improving operational stability and service life. It has been widely applied in the petrochemical, fertilizer, and environmental protection industries.
Application fields:
1. Petroleum refining and chemical industry: Applied to key equipment such as the atmospheric and vacuum distillation towers of crude oil, the fractionation towers of catalytic cracking/hydrogenation units, and the gas desulfurization and solvent regeneration towers.
2. Environmental Protection and Gas Purification: Suitable for applications in flue gas desulfurization (FGD) and denitrification scrubbers, VOCs absorption and waste gas purification systems, wastewater stripping and ammonia recovery towers, etc., for environmental protection projects.
3. Chemical and pharmaceutical intermediates: Applied in the distillation processes of organic chlorine, aromatic hydrocarbons and other fine chemicals, as well as in the recovery towers of high-purity solvents and the absorption and desorption processes of reaction systems.
4. Energy and General Industry: Includes pre-cooling systems for air separation units and molecular sieve systems, industrial circulating water cooling towers, natural gas drying and purification devices, etc., covering various industrial scenarios.
