Metal Raschig rings are a classic type of packing material used in absorption, distillation and scrubbing towers in the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and environmental protection industries. They have a simple structure and are evenly distributed when filled, which helps to promote fluid flow and improve mass transfer efficiency. A reasonable arrangement and appropriate void ratio can effectively reduce system pressure drop and minimize local resistance. Made of metal, they have excellent high-temperature resistance and maintain structural stability even under high-temperature conditions without softening or deforming. In addition, this packing material is durable and has low maintenance costs, requiring no frequent replacement, making it suitable for a variety of harsh process environments.
Application fields:
• Basic chemicals and petroleum: used in gas absorption and desorption processes, basic chemical distillation separation, gas purification and drying equipment, etc.
• Environmental protection: applicable to exhaust gas absorption and washing towers, acid mist purification and neutralization devices, and steam stripping processes in wastewater treatment.
