Plastic Hollow Floating Balls are lightweight, durable flotation devices designed for liquid separation, liquid level control, and surface coverage applications in water treatment, chemical processing, and environmental protection. Made from high-performance plastics such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), or polyvinyl chloride (PVC), these hollow spheres provide excellent buoyancy, chemical resistance, and mechanical stability. They are widely used in oil-water separators, storage tanks, and wastewater treatment systems to prevent evaporation, reduce contamination, and improve operational efficiency.
Application fields：
1. Environmental governance field
Waste gas treatment: Widely used in equipment such as acid mist purification towers and industrial waste gas washing towers, it efficiently removes pollutants such as SO₂ and HCl. Its low pressure drop characteristic is particularly suitable for large volume waste gas treatment.
Wastewater treatment: Ammonia nitrogen and other volatile substances are removed in the stripping tower, and at the same time, it is used as a microbial carrier in the biological filter tower.
