The Plastic Intalox Saddle Ring is manufactured by a continuous extrusion process. Compared with the Raschig rings made of the same material, it has the advantages of higher throughput, lower pressure, and higher efficiency. Its filler bed layer has a larger porosity. The structural design integrates the characteristics of a ring and a saddle, combining the strengths of both. This unique structure not only optimizes the liquid distribution performance but also effectively increases the gas channel space.

Application fields:
1. Environmental Engineering Field
Waste gas treatment: Used in acid mist purification towers, alkali washing towers and other waste gas washing equipment, it effectively removes pollutants such as SO₂, HCl, and NOx. Its low pressure drop characteristic is particularly suitable for large volume waste gas treatment.
Wastewater treatment: Used in the stripping tower to remove volatile pollutants such as ammonia nitrogen and hydrogen sulfide from the wastewater.
2. Chemical Separation Engineering
Gas purification: CO₂ removal system applied in processes such as ammonia synthesis and natural gas purification
Gas drying: Used for drying and purifying industrial gases such as air, chlorine gas, and hydrogen gas.
