Plastic Liquid Surface Covering Balls are lightweight, durable flotation devices designed to reduce evaporation, prevent contamination, and improve thermal efficiency in liquid storage tanks, reservoirs, and industrial ponds. Made from high-performance plastics such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), or polyvinyl chloride (PVC), these hollow spheres provide excellent buoyancy, chemical resistance, and UV stability. They are widely used in water treatment, chemical processing, and environmental protection to minimize liquid loss, block airborne contaminants, and enhance operational efficiency.
Application fields:
1. The field of electric energy- Used for the desalination water tanks and condensate water tanks in power plants, it prevents the water quality from deteriorating due to carbon dioxide absorption, reduces heat loss, and ensures the water quality for power generation units.
- For storage tanks of volatile liquids such as crude oil and gasoline in oil fields and chemical plants, it significantly reduces evaporation loss, saves resources and reduces VOC emissions.
2. Chemical Environmental Protection Field
- Covering the liquid surface of acid and alkali storage tanks effectively inhibits the volatilization of corrosive gases, protects the health of personnel, and prolongs the service life of the equipment.
