Plastic New-Pak Packing is an advanced random packing designed for gas-liquid and liquid-liquid mass transfer processes in chemical, petrochemical, and environmental applications. Made from high-performance plastics such as polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), or polyethylene (PE), this packing features a unique geometric structure that combines the benefits of traditional ring and saddle packing. Its innovative design maximizes surface area, enhances fluid distribution, and ensures low pressure drop, making it ideal for distillation, absorption, stripping, and cooling towers.
Application fields:
1. Environmental Engineering (Key Area of Strength)
High-flow exhaust gas treatment: Used for VOCs control and acid/alkali exhaust gas scrubbers, its low-pressure drop characteristic can significantly reduce the energy consumption of the fan.
High-efficiency Odor Removal System: Suitable for odor removal towers in sewage treatment plants, garbage disposal stations, etc. It efficiently removes harmful substances such as H₂S and mercaptans.
2. Chemical Engineering and Distillation (Core Application)
High-purity separation: Used for precision distillation in fine chemicals, pharmaceutical intermediates, etc., where extremely high product purity is required.
Thermal-sensitive material separation: The low-pressure drop characteristic is suitable for separating heat-sensitive materials, preventing the decomposition of the materials.
Difficult-to-separate system: Applicable to systems with a relative volatility close to 1 that are difficult to separate.
3. Gas Purification
Natural gas desulfurization: Applied in the absorption tower for removing CO₂ and H₂S, with high purification degree
Synthesis gas purification: Used for the deep purification and drying of process gases in chemical production processes
