The plastic ball-shaped packing is an efficient packed material innovatively developed based on the traditional Raschig ring. Through the unique design of side wall window structure, it completely resolves the core problems of uneven gas-liquid distribution and low mass transfer efficiency in traditional packing materials. It is made of high-quality engineering plastics such as PP and PE, and possesses excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. It is an ideal choice for upgrading the internal components of towers in modern chemical and environmental protection fields.
Application fields:
1. Environmental protection and pollution control
Waste gas purification: Acid mist scrubber, alkali solution absorption tower, with removal rates of SO₂, HCl, NH₃ > 95%
Wastewater treatment: The stripping tower removes ammonia nitrogen, the biological filter tower uses a carrier, and the anti-clogging design ensures long-term stable operation.
2. Chemical Distillation
Separation and Purification: Precise separation of organic compounds such as alcohols, ketones, and esters.
Gas treatment: CO₂ removal, natural gas purification, solvent recovery, significant improvement in mass transfer efficiency
3. Energy sector
Gas purification: Corrosion resistance characteristics are suitable for sulfur-containing conditions
Circulating cooling: The cooling tower's heat dissipation filler has a pressure drop reduced to one-third of that of traditional fillers.
