Plastic structured packing features uniform geometry, thin walls, lightweight, high voidage, and corrosion resistance. It offers large capacity, long service life, low pressure drop, easy installation, and high surface area with low density. Resistant to strong acids/alkalis, it enhances output and efficiency while reducing energy consumption. Ideal for large towers and foaming systems, it's widely used in absorption, gas purification, and heat transfer (up to 150°C). Applications include chemical, environmental, and pharmaceutical industries for corrosive media separation, exhaust treatment, and solvent recovery.
Application fields:
1. Chemical and Petrochemical: Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Towers; Gas Absorption and Separation Towers; Solvent Recovery Facilities.
2. Environmental protection and exhaust gas treatment: Exhaust gas washing tower; Acid mist purification device; Sewage treatment stripping tower.
3. Light Industry and Medicine: Alcohol purification tower; Separation of fine chemicals; Purification of pharmaceutical intermediates.
