The Plastic Cascade Mini Ring is a new type of highly efficient annular perforated packing. Its height is approximately half of the diameter. One side of the ring has a conical flange, and there are four high holes evenly distributed on the ring wall. An X-shaped inner rib is set inside the ring. The unique structure design enables the packing to mainly have point contact when stacked. This not only increases the void fraction of the packing, reduces the air flow resistance, but also significantly improves the gas-liquid distribution performance within the packing layer. One end of this ring has the shape of a 1/2-height original Raschig ring or Bauer ring, while the other end has a bell-mouth with a packing height of approximately 1/5, and there are two layers of cross-shaped fins in the center, with the upper and lower layers of fins intersecting at a 45° angle. It is suitable for carbon dioxide degassing towers and synthesis tower packing.
Application fields:
1. Environmental protection engineering
Waste gas treatment: Suitable for acid, alkaline and organic gas scrubbers. Its low pressure drop characteristic makes it particularly suitable for large volume treatment under low pressure conditions.
Wastewater treatment: Used in the stripping tower to efficiently remove ammonia nitrogen, hydrogen sulfide and other soluble gases
2. Chemicals and Petrochemicals
Gas purification: Applied to the absorption and desorption processes of acidic gases such as CO₂ and H₂S
Separation process: Applicable to distillation and extraction processes with specific requirements for pressure drop and flow rate, especially suitable for vacuum depressurization operations.
3. Electricity and Metallurgy
Power environmental protection: Used in smoke gas treatment devices such as desulfurization towers and scrubbers in power plants
Metallurgical Environmental Protection: Used for the purification and cooling of smelting exhaust gases such as blast furnace gas and converter gas.
4. General Industrial Field
Process gas treatment: Used for gas cooling towers, drying towers and other equipment
System Upgrade: As an alternative to traditional fillers, it is used to increase production capacity and reduce energy consumption.
