Strip Zeolite Molecular Sieves are advanced adsorption materials engineered in a unique elongated strip configuration, combining the exceptional molecular selectivity of zeolites with enhanced structural properties for industrial applications. These sieves feature high-density zeolite crystals bonded to flexible or rigid substrate strips, designed for continuous or batch adsorption processes in gas separation, VOC recovery, and purification systems.
Application fields:
1. Petrochemicals and Oil Refining- Deep drying: This process involves deep dehydration of cracked gas, natural gas, etc., with the dew point reaching below -70℃.
- Separation and purification: Used for the separation of cis/trans alkanes, the separation of xylene isomers, and the production of oxygen and nitrogen.
2. Environmental Governance and Protection
- VOCs adsorption: Highly efficient adsorption and recovery of volatile organic compounds in industrial exhaust gases.
- Exhaust gas purification: Removal of pollutants such as SO₂ and NOx from the flue gas.
- Nuclear wastewater treatment: Selective removal of radioactive cesium (Cs⁺) and strontium (Sr²⁺) ions.
3. Industrial Gas Treatment
- As an adsorbent in devices such as separation, hydrogen production, and CO₂ capture, it achieves gas drying and purification.
4. Household Appliances and Consumer Goods
- Used as an adsorbent in refrigerators, air conditioners and other cooling equipment, it provides the core support for fluorine-free refrigeration systems.
