High-grade alumina ceramic balls are a type of inert ceramic filler made from industrial alumina (α-Al₂O₃) as the main raw material and obtained through high-temperature (usually above 1600℃) calcination. They possess extremely high chemical stability and mechanical strength. The content of alumina (Al₂O₃) in them is typically above 90%, and can even reach 99% or 99.5%, making them the most superior type of ceramic balls in terms of performance.

Ultra-Pure Composition: 92-99.5% Al₂O₃ with near-zero porosity for unmatched chemical/thermal stability.
Thermal Performance: Withstands 1,750°C (99.5% grade) and thermal shocks (ΔT>500°C).
Mechanical Strength: >10,000 N/cm² crush strength (10mm balls), Mohs 9 hardness.
Chemical Stability: Resists acids (except HF), alkalis (pH 14), and organic solvents.Application fields:
1. Petrochemical and coal chemical industries under harsh conditions: As a catalyst support/covering material, used in high-temperature, high-pressure, and highly corrosive environments.
2. Advanced environmental protection and metallurgy: As a high-performance heat storage material, used for extreme waste heat recovery.
3. Industries with high purity requirements: As a protective filler and supporting material, ensuring product purity.
4. Other special fields
High-purity grinding media: Used for ultra-fine and pollution-free grinding in electronic ceramics, high-end pigments, etc. High-temperature insulation packing material: Filled in specific areas of the high-temperature and high-pressure reactor.
